in the beginning of the early days, the end of the war with the titans to conquer back the cosmos had come, and led the victory to freedom. at the time, she came together with the gods from olympus despite originating beneath the surface of earth, however, desired to have her world back.

hecate, who had brought hope upon her fellow olympians during their battles, was symbolised as the light among the gods and therefore was given the role to illuminate the way for the mortals on earth similarly. to not let them astray from the pathway, and led them away from any calamity.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀the honor of carrying an importance like this had its outcomes and fortunes. when persephone was abducted, the goddess helped out demeter to find her daughter. to enter the underworld, the way to the realm had no light. with the torch she received, she guided through the darkness to find the gates of underworld.

⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ and the interests in punishment and retribution grew and became a part of the goddess. once the two things took a part of her, hecate was gained the powers of witchcraft and spell cast in return.
